Our expertise lies in the complete creation of 3D parts, from prototype development to serial production, accompanied by the necessary technical documentation. Our skilled engineers specialize in creating 3D models for serial production in various materials, including polyamide (PA), polyester (PE) and steel. This involves producing 3D parts that accurately represent all visible sides in both the main tool direction and the slide tool direction.
We also have reverse engineering capabilities that allow us to rebuild parts from scanned models in STL file format. To ensure accurate reverse engineering, our team carefully compares the rebuilt parts to the original scanned models.
For molding applications, the creation of a negative representation of the intended manufactured part is critical to mold production. Our engineers have extensive experience creating molds from 3D parts to ensure optimal results.
